How long has it been? Well, not too long, I'm sure.

You know, I try so hard not to bother people with the stupidity of my school, but this is just... ugh.

So, we have two, maybe three classrooms on the entire upper floor that have photoshop, right? Two of them have classes until 5 or later, and thus do me no good when I'm here between 12-6 PM to do any kind of work, personal or paid. That's fine to me - one of the two rooms I've worked in the entire like... four years I've been here is almost always empty between those times. It was empty even yesterday, all day. So TODAY we got there, and there's a note on the door. That says they will be using that class tuesday through like... saturday. Regardless, I'm only there on tues-thurs. But they're going to be using it for the ENTIRE SIX HOURS. Every day I'm here. I *THINK* there's one room downstairs that has photoshop, but since it's also a CAD room, it's almost *always* occupied.

Thanks, school. You've successfully cut off every last modicum of useful programming every single day I'm here. I really appreciate being forced to postpone my PAID WORK because you dickheads can't get your heads out of your asses long enough to figure out that someone JUST MIGHT need to use the computers in the only empty room with graphic programs.

So, I had to apply for another loan, so I can afford to pay my bills and buy food and generally live. I already knew my credit wouldn't work on its own, it's gone to shit since I started living with my brother and thus couldn't pay anything on... well, anything. Apparently, however, the person who was going to cosign for me doesn't have good enough credit either.

This means I have to either stop going to school completely and focus on jobs until I can PAY for school again... or I keep going to school and pay hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars each month on top of rent and other expenses I already can't afford. Either way, I'll be either dipping into having to pay WAY more than I can afford, or sitting in a corner waiting for my loans to all come due in six months.

I normally hate seeing adverts for people on flist journals, and as such would normally never ask, but even if you can't afford/don't want to commission me, any help or exposure would be appreciated. My commission prices can be found (partially, at least) here: [link]
